Layers tab
If you've ever created a Construction System in your BIM software, you may be aware of how tedious it can be. For this reason, we wanted to make the process simpler and more user-friendly using our layers tab.
When you first open the tab, you'll see that it is divided into two sections; on the left, you'll find a list of all the materials your company has created and uses in its daily operations. You will notice a blank space on the right side where you may begin developing your Construction System.
Starting from the left side a search bar with a simple name search function may be found above all of the materials. Once you've decided on the material to use for your Construction System, you must click on it in order to appear in the blank area on the right. According to what your System requires, you may add as many material layers as you need.
Once the material layers have been chosen to your satisfaction, a simple drag-and-drop reorder function is available in the right section.
This section has a lot of choices, but you, the user, are ultimately responsible for defining the majority of them in order to meet your Construction System's requirements.
Important! Thickness and Type fields must be filled out for your Construction System to be saved.
